End-User License Agreement — QuickBooks Odoo Connector

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of the QuickBooks Odoo Connector application ("the App") developed and maintained by Landis Arnold / Nomadic Business Systems.

1. Acceptance By connecting your QuickBooks Online account to this application, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.

2. Purpose The App is provided for internal business use to facilitate data synchronization between QuickBooks Online and Odoo ERP systems.

3. Data Access The App accesses your QuickBooks Online data solely for the purpose of synchronizing records between QuickBooks Online and your Odoo instance. No data is shared with third parties.

4. No Warranty The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Nomadic Business Systems makes no guarantees regarding uptime, data accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

5. Limitation of Liability Nomadic Business Systems shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use this App.
