There is nothing else quite like this on the water.

The Nomadic Express transforms a sea kayak into a fully rigged sailing trimaran — stable, fast, and capable in real wind. The system is built around a high-aspect 14.5ft mast, fully battened sail, inflatable outriggers, and carbon deck plates engineered specifically for this purpose. When you're done sailing, the entire rig breaks down and packs into a single duffel bag.

This is the complete kit. Everything needed to rig and sail is included.

What it does: The inflatable Amas (outriggers) provide a wide, stable platform with minimal drag — shaped for performance in both flat water and chop. The Akas (crossbars) span 9.5 feet +, giving the trimaran a beam that handles real sailing loads. The mast raises and lowers from the cockpit using a cleated forestay — no need to leave your seat.

With leeboards and the Balanced Wing Rudder, this rig is capable of figure-eight maneuvers in strong wind. Both are available as performance upgrades.

• 8mm stainless mounting bolts and thumb nuts — 6 total (3 per plate), 5mm Allen key installation

Carry and storage:

• Heavy duty carry bag — approximately 50" × 14" × 14", full-length #10 zipper, 3 circumference straps
